En los últimos años, los hoteles “todo incluido” han ido expandiendo su mercado y están en más lugares del mundo. La propuesta de éstos en esencia es que todos los tiempos de comida y bebidas están incluidos; sin embargo, algunos tienen cobros extras para ciertas bebidas o restaurantes a la carta.

Así que si vas a viajar, estás buscando donde quedarte y has encontrado un hotel todo incluido que te gusta, pregúntate:

“¿Voy a estar en el hotel durante el día para comer las meriendas y almuerzos?”

“Si salgo del hotel durante el día, ¿regresaría solo para almorzar?”

“Si quiero probar algunos platillos de algún restaurante famoso en la ciudad, ¿dejaría de comer la comida de mi reservación?”

Si vas a playa entonces un hotel todo incluido es el más conveniente porque es muy probable que pases todo el tiempo en el hotel. Si irás a una ciudad una buena opción es un hotel que solo incluya el desayuno. Si te ha convencido la oferta de algún hotel todo incluido, ¡resérvalo ya!

Should I book at an all inclusive hotel?

Ok, so nowadays there are many hotel options that are all inclusive. The proposal of each of these all inclusive hotels may vary but in essence all meals and drinks are included. Nonetheless, some might have extra charges for special drinks or for specific restaurants within the hotel.

So, if you´re travelling and right now you´re searching where to stay and you have found an interesting all inclusive hotel, ask yourself:

“Will I be at the hotel during the day to eat snacks and lunch?”

“In case I go out of the hotel during the day, will I be willing to go back for lunch time?”

If I want to try traditional food from some famous restaurant downtown, will I be willing to give up a meal from my reservation?

If you´re going to a beach then an all inclusive resort is the most convenient for you since most likely you´ll spend the whole day at the hotel. Now, if you´re going to a city you might want to consider a hotel that only includes breakfast. On the other hand, depending which city you´re travelling to and if you really want to stay at a specific all inclusive hotel; then… go for it!
