¿Por qué Barcelona me encanta? Muchos pensarán que es por el Fútbol Club Barcelona..sí, influye mucho, pero no es sólo por eso. Esta ciudad me encanta porque la considero como un mosaico que mezcla culturas, arquitectura impresionante y fanatismo al fútbol.

Dado que Barcelona está ubicado en las costas del Mar Mediterráneo, hacen que sean un punto estratégico para el tránsito de embarcaciones que van hacia otros países europeos o africanos. Esto hace que el intercambio cultural sea enriquecedor; influenciando tanto la gastronomía, religiones y el léxico. Por otro lado, su ubicación geográfica permite que esta ciudad tenga un clima muy agradable a lo largo del año.

Si caminas por las calles de Barcelona es imposible no detenerse frente una de las diferentes obras de Antonio Gaudí que están por todo Barcelona. Gaudí realza en su arquitectura los movimientos, colores y formas de la naturaleza en sus singulares obras modernista. Recomiendo que se visiten el Parque Güell, la casa Milá y Batlló y el templo de la Sagrada Familia.

¡El fútbol…en esta ciudad como en muchas alrededor del mundo se vive la pasión de corazón! No dejes de visitar el Camp Nou, su museo y si es posible ver un partido.

I love Barcelona!

Why do I love Barcelona? Many might think it´s because of Football Club Barcelona… yes… it does influence but there are more reasons! I love this city because I consider it as a mosaic of cultures, impressive architecture and an immense passion for football.

Since Barcelona is located in the coasts of the Mediterranean Sea, it makes it a strategic place for trade and tourism among other European and African countries; as a result, there´s an enriched multicultural exchange that influences the gastronomy, religion and languages. On the other hand, it´s geographical location allows this city to have a pleasant weather throughout the year.

If you walk around the streets of Barcelona, it´s inevitable to stop and stare in front of the different masterpieces of Antonio Gaudí. In his architecture, he portrays the movements, colors and shapes of nature with his singular modernism. I recommend you visit Guell Park, Casa Milá and Batlló and church of Sagrada Familia.

Football… this city, like many others around the world, lives it passionately! You must visit Camp Nou stadium, FCB museum and if possible buy tickets to watch a match.
